Many seniors have devices but haven't taken the time to learn how to use them. A Simply Virtual Virtual Navigator ("VN") will patiently and empathetically guide the client through common functions and then a basic number of necessary applications.
Simply Virtual focuses on a basic group of applications to start--social media (if desired), video platforms, email navigation (if they don't have an email address and they'd like one we set it up), music applications and hobby interests. Further customization is done if wanted by the client.
Your VN is available during the week for phone and virtual coaching if desired. If another in-person session is desired, an estimate is provided for the work requested.
Sometimes the biggest hurdle to learning is equipment set up. Our SV's will connect the hardware and peripheral accessories, as well as assure connection to the internet.
Online banking, grocery shopping and Amazon are conveniences offered through the internet. Our SVs can add those application and train to their use.
